 The school year is already starting off with a bang. To get the word out about Greek Life on campus as well as making the incoming freshmen feel at home here in Ashland, Most of our chapter is participating in Movers and Shakers. This event which helps the freshman get situated faster at Ashland is our first event of the year. An email just went out to those that signed up for the event. The best part about Movers and Shakers is besides getting our names out to new potential members faster, we all get to move in a day early.                 6:00 p.m.                                                      Movers and Shakers Orientation & Dinner (Redwood)

·         Overview Responsibilities (Megan MacGregor, Greek Life Intern)

·         Team Leaders assigned

·         Receive Shirt

·         Review AU GIVS for those volunteering

·         Team Leaders retrieve dollies from Jacobs after dinner & meeting

                8:30 a.m.                   Grab a quick bite to eat in the Piano Lounge and head to hall assignment.

                9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.                                        Move New Students In!

                                                                                                Lunch and dinner will be provided in Convo

                                                                                                                - Lunch shifts (to be assigned): 12:00-12:30pm, 12:30-1:00pm
